Happy 11:11:22 Soul Family!
Dear Beautiful Souls,
Hello angels of 11:11:22! What a lucky day and Happy Veterans Day to those who have given so much.
When I think about what has happened this year so far, I am in awe. I made some solid decisions to really bet it all on me, again! Big sigh, chuckle, gulp. I have done this so many times in my life, especially when I feel pressure and desperate for change. My rebellious- warrior -spirit, perhaps confidently nervous did things against all logic and ego.
I asked God to use me and committed I would not fear what is next and then this happened.
I got on BuzzFeed in August (watch here), landed on the radio in September (listen here), was featured on NYCOMG after having an impromptu photoshoot while out with friends in the city (read here), AND wrote a chapter of the book, Women Living in Alignment in November (see/buy here).
I am so proud the book hit the best sellers list in multiple categories on Amazon! I can not believe it, because I struggled so much to feel ready to write this small biography of my life. It truly is a vulnerable, confession of my deepest truth and how I became me. People often ask me, "how did I become a medium?" So, if you really want to know, it's all in there.
I laid my soul bare and legit gave you (almost) all the tea in chapter 6. It is really cool to be recognized, but to be fully transparent I wrote this book for me. I needed to hear those words the most, because I've decided to be my own hero now and no longer judge Amy.

What's super cool about it is that my bestie, Dr. Diana Salazar is Chapter 1 and my dear friend Kim Dowling is Chapter 17. To share this experience with them makes this whole thing even sweeter.
I am thrilled to be exactly where I am, but I haven’t always liked being present. This is new for me to live day by day, one workout, one mediation, one feeling at a time. Since I am typically living in the future due to my abilities, being more grounded is really a relief in so many ways.
This is what I know:
The world is really needing us to all move forward with reinvention, optimism, and patience as it goes through a major change from extremes to center. I’m finding my center, one heartbeat, one breath, one risk taken day by day. You can and must move towards your breakthrough, this is that moment when the accumulation of all the rest, illness and frustration finally clears, and we live full out, uncensored with delight.
The year is concluding, and the ending of the story is just beginning for us soul family. I am super grateful, humble, and relieved because every chance I take…. I love me more. Go, be you. Lets be FREE!
